About Runner
Alan Ritchson plays Hank Malone, a former Special Forces soldier who now works as a no-questions courier. A routine airport pickup goes wrong when the package turns out to be a donor liver with a ticking clock, plus the man who insists on traveling with it, played by Owen Wilson. A cartel wants the organ back, and the chase runs across Australia.
Is it worth watching?
It is a straight-ahead race-against-the-clock action film with a buddy-comedy pairing. Fans of Ritchson's Reacher will find the same steady physicality here.
